No this is not a request, but another new frozen yogurt place in Provo. Spoon Me frozen yogurt is made from low-calorie, all-natural ingredients, with 3 choices of yogurt (green tea, all natural, or acai). After you've chosen the base you want (acai is heaven) then you get to choose your toppings which range from fresh berries to carob chips to Cap’n Crunch. Or all of the above.
Now I've tried Fro-yo...twice...and I actually hated it both times. Sorry. I have not tried sub-zero and the red mango, but until that happens I will be content to eat Spoon Me frozen yogurt everyday, twice a day, for the rest of my life. In my opinion this place takes the cake in the genre of ice cream/frozen yogurt. I have yet to meet anybody who shares the same love for it as I do, which is why I felt the need to express this addiction on my blog. Oh, and just in case you're wondering it has no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. No fat. And no table sugar. And the company uses only eco-friendly products from their cups to the spoons.
This pic was taken before Spoon Me opened, because I was sooo excited for it to come to Provo (we had it once in SLC before, so I literally shouted YESSSSSS and threw my arms up in triumph when I saw it was coming)

yum! i'm excited to try it! if only provo didn't seem like FOREVER away!!
I hope you went and told that chatty owner man about this blog post...you could charge him advertising fees...and get some free yogurt coming your way...
hi! it's me again. i just read your last post and wanted to say sorry about the job but you seem to have a very good outlook on it.
there's always going to be a lot of bitterness at first but, as you realize Heavenly Fathers plan for you, and as other things work themselves out, you will be happier in the end.
it's also good that you have such a sweet, loving husband, who helps you through these times. we love you guys so much! don't ever think you're fat and ugly and nobody likes you because none of that is true.
love, me :)
Okay, you have me convinced to try it!! Sounds so yummy. If I have another addiction/craving after going there, you are going to be in trouble Tare!! :)
I've been wondering about that place. I have to try it immediately. Taryn, do NOT ever try Sub Zero. EVER. It tastes like licking the muffler of a car. But DO try Pudding on the Rice. Delish.
I double what cat says about sub zero. And can I say that we tried Maestro (sp?) on Saturday. It's gelatto (which I don't even know what that is) so it's completely diff than the yogurt, but I wasn't way excited about it. Anyway, the moral of this comment is that i want to try spoon me. Maybe that's the next international extravaganza.
we don't have those here in tejas, at least i have never seen any....we will have to try it when we come in october!
YuuuuuuuM!! I heard about the one in SLC, but haven't gone yet. I'm excited to try it!! :)
MMMMMM! Next time I come down, let's go!
We have a new place at Northpark called Orange Cup and it sounds excatly like that! I love the acai berry also! Dad and I get it everytime we go!
