B+T

We're in Oregon! Despite the wind, ice, and snow's greatest efforts, we arrived safely. The last 5-6 hrs we were sliding a great deal and had to drive a little slower than normal, which meant it took 3 extra hrs to get here. But we are sooo happy to be here and thankful to be in one piece :) It started storming literally right after we walked in the door!

Sunday

after church we went to sing to some sisters in the ward who live in an assisted living home.
it was still storming.


we found out that a group was supposed to come sing carols to the folks, and never showed up so we decided to go in and sing to everyone. It was so sweet to see the cute residents clapping and trying to sing along. I'm so glad we were there to fill in for the no shows :)



Monday
We went to check out some cameras and play around in the crowed stores :)



Then we went to a cute little town called Sisters! Sadly our camera ran out of battery after this first and only picture was taken. We had so much fun looking in the fun shops and eating at a yummy little restaurant!


We are having so much, but missing Ryan and Stephanie who weren't able to make it this year.
You guys are sorely missed! Love ya!

And of course I'm also missing my family!
