It took 8 hours of my precious Saturday, but I am proud to say that I am now certified to give CPR and use an AED (automated external defibrillator)!

yay!! you're certified!! though I hope you don't ever have to practice these skills on anyone ever, it still feels good to know you're prepared to (especially as a parent!) congrats!!

Wow, way to go! You're so ambitious! So we got a flat tire on Saturday and I totally thought of you- it sucks so bad!

yay! now you can give mouth to mouth to complete strangers to save their life. :) just kidding! I am glad you are so prepared though, it is important to know how to use both practices, though I hope you never have to!

Lucky me, they even "gave" us a really nice mask, so I won't have to literally put my mouth on a strangers. I'll for sure have my little mask and gloves in my purse- maybe I'm a germaphobe.
